1. Description:
The polyester fiber fabric is strong and wear-resistant, has a certain sense of stiffness, is easy to wash and dry, has good color firmness, does not fade or shrink. In the 1980s, indeed, blended polyester fabrics were popular.
From the production point of view, it allows to dye at lower temperatures than required by a normal polyester (around 100°C instead of 130°C) without using carriers (which adversely affect the colour fastness, especially on products stored for a relatively long time after dyeing or on products being thermo-fixed without pre-washing).

1. Shading, light transmission and ventilation. It can not only eliminate up to 86% of solar radiation, but also keep the indoor air unobstructed, and the outdoor scenery can be clearly seen.
2. Insulation. Polyester fiber sunshine fabric has good heat insulation performance that other fabrics do not have, which greatly reduces the utilization rate of indoor air conditioning.
3. UV protection. The polyester sun fabric can withstand up to 95% of ultraviolet rays.
4. Fire prevention. Polyester fabric has flame retardant properties that other fabrics do not have. The real polyester fiber fabric will leave the internal skeleton glass fiber after burning, so it will not be deformed, while the ordinary fabric has no residue after burning.
5. Moisture-proof. Bacteria cannot reproduce, and the fabric will not be mildewed.
Bi-component compound fiber is a compound-spun fiber made from PE and PP, or PE and PET sheath-core. A low-melting-point polymer (PE) acts as the sheath and a high-melting-point polymer (PP or PET) as a core in the making of heat-sealing non-woven fabric. Heat-sealing requires no chemical adhesive due to the low fusion point of the low-melting-point fiber, allowing for an eco-friendly and biologically safe product.
